The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has announced the floor mark of 13 for A-group (mathematics, physics and chemistry) and D-group (mathematics, literature and foreign language) university entrance exams, and 14 for B-group (mathematics, chemistry, biology) and C group (literature, history and geography) exams. Some 500,000 students will not be able to attend university this year.
